LOCATION, LOCATION! LOCATION!

This 991,000 square foot fully modernized historical mid-rise is located at the corner of Fourth and Pike Streets in the heart of Seattle's retail core. This building is easily accessed from I-90, I-5, and SR99.

The Fourth & Pike Building is surrounded by a myriad of retail, restaurants, banking, and coffee shops and it is within walking distance to buildings in the Financial District and Westlake Center. The Pike Place Market is four blocks due west along with the Seattle Aquarium, and the waterfront Metro trolley. The Fourth & Pike Building is also within walking distance of the Washington State Convention and Trade Center and the Washington State Ferry. The Seattle light rail will be opening in July of 2009. It will drop off one block from the fourth & Pike Building and in December of 2009, it will expand to stop at the airport. There are plans for continued expansion to the north, south, and east through the year 2016.

The Fourth & Pike Building is definitely located on the best corner in Downtown Seattle.

Seattle No. 1 in Many Areas

According to an October 2008 report by ULI and PricewaterhouseCoopers, downtown Seattle is forecasted as the best overall real estate marketplace in 2009 and is No. 1 in commercial/multi-family investment.

Being on a shipping lane doesn't hurt. Container shipping at the Port of Seattle generates more than 190,000 jobs and $17 billion in revenue for businesses that provide services to those facilities. And the cruise industry saw record numbers in 2008. It was responsible for 2,380 jobs in the region, $274 million in business revenue, and $8 million in state and local taxes. Seattle welcomed 210 cruise ships and 886,039 passengers in 2008. In 2009 it expects to host 211 ships and about 801,000 passengers.
